2. Please provide a detailed description of the theme/concept or any ideas you have below. Use the following points as a guide as to what information you should try to provide:

•Is the design based on an existing standard card?
•What type of stationery is it, e.g. Postcard Invitation, RSVP or Menu Cover?
•How many do you want of each type?
•Colour and font type preference
•Guest names individually printed on invitations and/or place cards
•Size and format of card, e.g. 150mm x 150mm Square, folding, or Maltese Cross
•Special wording, such as poems, quotations, etc
•General themes and ideas and confirmation of additional material being provided.
