how to order

We strive to make ordering as simple and painless as possible. The process is as follows:

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times all depend, of course, on how long it takes you to review and approve your proofs. However, here is a typical breakdown of our turnaround times:

  • Proof creation ~ 1 to 2 business days
  • Proof review process ~ (depends on customer)
  • Proof edits (if necessary) ~ 1 to 2 business days
  • Printing and production ~ 7to14 business days

Please contact us directly if you have an urgent order to confirm that we are able to meet your expectations.

1. Browse the Collections

This is the most important and fun part. mini Moko is an online boutique, and all our products can be purchased online. Use the navigation categories in the left hand menu to browse through our various product categories: weddings, engagement, baby. Each time you select an item to buy, it will be transferred to your Shopping Cart. You can access your cart at any time by clicking on the little cart icon on the top right of the screen.

2. Colour Customisation

If you are happy with the colours of the product then great, you can now move onto the next stage of ordering. However, if you would like your design in different colours to suit your individual event, then simply choose from our colour chart with over 100 colours available. The colours can simply be chosen in the product page itself and subsequently noted in your shopping cart.

Please note that not all colours will be suitable for every design. Should you pick something that would not work then we will contact you immediately suggest an appropriate alternative.

3. Package Discounts

Rather than be locked into a package deal that isn't appropriate to your special event we offer package deals that are tailored to you. Our discounts are based on the quantities of stationery that you order giving you the flexibility to order exactly the appropriate products for your day!

Discounts are as follows:

200 or above - 5%     300 or above - 7%     400 or above - 10%

These quantities do not have to be the same kind of stationery, for example there can be a mix of folding invitations and place cards to make a quantity of 200, as long as they are ordered at the same time, it doesn't have to be from one product type!

You can easily view what discount you are applicable for, by placing the items you would like in the shopping cart and clicking 'proceed to checkout' eabling you to view the discount you would recieve without committing to a purchase.

4. Checkout

Once you've chosen all your purchases, you then 'proceed to checkout' where you'll be given the final total cost of your order. This final cost will also include Delivery and GST. Upon confirming this by pressing 'continue', you will be prompted to fill in your customer details.

 

5. Stationery Details

The next stage of the order process will require you to fill in details which will provide us with information such as your delivery address, wedding date, birth details and wording information etc. all depending on what stationery you have ordered.

6. Payment

The final stage of the ordering process is where you select a payment method most suited to you and then click order.

If you choose to pay by credit card at this point you will be directed to PayPal for a secure online payment method. For your information please visit www.paypal.com to learn more about secure online credit card payments through PayPal.

Should you at any stage have any questions about the ordering process or wish to speak to us directly about your order for whatever reason please contact us directly.

7. Confirmation

Not long after payment has been made we will contact you directly, either by email or telephone to confirm that we have received your order and to introduce ourselves. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we like to keep in touch throughout the design process to ensure you receive exactly the product you desire. If we need any further details about your wedding, it's at this point that we will ask for them.

8. Proofs

Proofs are scheduled from the time the order is received and the payment funds have cleared, and from the receipt of all required information from yourself. Approx. 1-2 business days are taken for the production of proofs. These will be emailed to the customer in PDF format for customer approval. You must check your proof thoroughly for any mistakes, as we allow for one set of text changes within the cost.

9. Printing and Delivery

Printing and production is scheduled from the time of proof approval. 10-14 business days are to be allowed from approval of final proof for printing. We will then package up and post to you ready for you to send out to your guests for your special day!
