All information, designs, illustrations, artwork, photography and website content are protected by copyright laws. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by mini Moko, no part may be reproduced in whole or part under any circumstances.
mini Moko holds ownership and copyright on all designs whether from our existing ranges or custom designed. mini Moko also reserves the right to use/reproduce any part of any stationery produced by mini Moko for marketing purposes and future designs.
As all stationery items are exclusive to mini Moko, a copyright credit will be printed on each item for the acknowledgement and protection of mini Moko's designs. We have endeavoured to keep this as unobtrusive as possible in order to maintain the overall quality of the stationery design.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) plus GST. mini Moko reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without prior notice. Please check website for current pricing.
Ordering & Payment Options
Each order is printed as and when an order has been placed. For this reason an order will only become active once full payment for the stationery order has been received. The total cost of the order including GST is calculated at the shopping bag stage carried out through our online shop.
We provide a range of payment options for our customers for maximum flexibility as outlined below.
Secure Credit Card Payment
The most efficient, time saving and easiest way to place an order is through our secure online shop. On the order form, if you choose this payment option you will be directed to PayPal for a secure online credit card payment. PayPal is a convenient and well used method for secure online credit card payments. Direct Bank Deposit
We accept direct bank deposit as a method of payment for your order however, please note that the order will not commence until payment has cleared. When making a bank deposit please ensure you make a note of your name in the description section so we can identify who the order is from.
Cheque & Money Orders
As with direct bank deposits, orders will not commence until payment has cleared.

Sample Proof
Once the design has been completed a PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval prior to printing. As we only allow for one set of text changes within the costs, please ensure you check through the proof very carefully. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval to ellen@minimoko.com.au
For custom colour and design work we will send out a hard copy proof prior to print on request.
The PDF proof is sent to you to check the accuracy of the text content. Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary slightly to that of the finished product.
It is the client's responsibility to check the proof is correct. Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the client's expense. Ensure that all text supplied is as final as possible as we allow for one set of amendments at the proofing stage only.
Alterations
As we only allow for one set of text changes within the costs at the proofing stage please ensure that all text supplied is accurate. Additional amendments will be charged for at an hourly rate supplied by mini Moko upon request. Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken. Signed approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order.
In the instance of additional alteration charges being incurred, your order will be held from delivery until payment of these has been complete.
Printing / Colours
Due to various differing computer monitor settings printed stationery colours may appear slightly different from that of printed versions. As all stationery is printed digitally it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process.
We do not offer refunds or accept returned stationery because of the natural printing effects. We assure you that our stationery is printed to the highest professional standard and take pride in the quality of stationery we produce.
Refunds / Errors
Once the order has been processed and paid for we cannot refund stationery therefore please choose carefully.
If you receive an item that is misprinted compared to the signed off proof notify us and it will be reprinted and sent to you at no charge. However, client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the client's expense. It is the client's responsibility to check all copies are correct.
Personalisation of Cards
Printed guest names on invitations and place cards have an additional fee of $95+GST for each at a flat rate that is none dependant on quantities ordered.
For this service we ask that you provide a list of the guests names on an excel spread sheet with the name of each guest as you would like to see printed on your stationery. Please use a new row for every new name. Any errors supplied by the client on their list will be reprinted at the clients cost.
Samples
Sample packs are available to enable customers to view and touch the quality of the cards for themselves, should you wish to, prior to placing an order. Each pack consists of three different samples, one of which will be the sample of your choice. As confirmed in the printing/colour section it is possible for a slight colour variation to occur between your sample pack products and your final order. As each order is printed individually we cannot guarantee exact colour matches.
The cost of a sample pack is redeemable against your future stationery order should it exceed $150. This will be refunded once the order and full payment has been placed.
As part of our future marketing we will from time to time be asked to submit samples of our work to potential clients, magazines, media and exhibit at trade expos and events.
Colour Customisation Charts
If you like one of our designs but you would prefer it in colours that are more suited to your celebration, we offer a colour customisation option within the ordering process. This allows you to choose from over hundred colours ensuring you will get the colour match that you are after. You can also purchase colour customisation charts in both the satin deluxe cardstock and the shimmer cardstock from the samples and colours section of our website.
Card Stock & Envelopes
All our pre-designed stationery is printed on 300gsm high quality satin deluxe card or simmer stock card made specifically for the purpose of stationery designs. Envelopes are included within all invitations, save the date and thankyou cards. Envelopes are made of a high quality paper in soft white or shimmer depending on your choice of cardstock.
Postage & Packaging
Postage is calculated according to the quantity of stationery order. Therefore 15-29 items cost $6.50+GST, 30-49 items cost $10+GST and 50 items plus cost $20,00+GST. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
The time it takes us to process your order depends on the products you have chosen. Pre-designed personalised orders will require you to sign off an emailed proof before they will be printed and dispatched. This proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 days of placing your order. Once you have approved your order we will send it out to be printed and we usually allow 7-14 days for printing. Orders are then collated, packaged and posted out to you via Australia Post. Custom Design orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the design process for that order.
For wedding stationery we generally allow 3-4 weeks due to the quantities and various products involved. However baby stationery and birthday stationery generally have a much quicker turn around time frame due to their simplicity. Please contact us directly for more specific timing to put you mind at rest.
Australian and International Delivery
Within Australia, we use Australia post and charge for delivery according to the quantities of stationery you order. Therefore 15-29 items cost $6.50+GST, 30-49 items cost $10+GST and 50 items plus cost $20+GST.
Our standard shipping through our online store is within Australia only, however we do ship internationally. In this case, please contact us prior to making an order so that we can provide you with a quote. This varies according to the international location you are ordering from and the size/weight of your order. Please check if you have any applicable duties and taxes to consider once the parcel has reached your destination.
Quantities
Minimum orders depend on the stationery you order. Our minimum order is 50 for Wedding Stationery, 30 for Engagement Stationery and 50 for Birth Announcements. It is advisable to allow between 5-15 spares in your order for wedding invitations for unexpected events such as additional last minute guests or spelling mistakes when writing out guest's names on invites etc.
Images
Please ensure digital images are taken to the highest mega pixel and size setting on your camera to allow us to produce the best quality outcome for your stationery. Mini Moko reserve the right to decline the use of images that are not to a high enough quality for reproduction or are offensive in any way. Images can be supplied either by email, on disk, or as a hard copy photograph in the post. mini Moko will not be responsible for any photographs or discs lost in the post. If this is of concern to you please keep a copy for yourself. We will return posted photographs with your order.
Customers should bear in mind slight variations in original photography to that used in the stationery due to different printing processes.
Ownership of Images
Please be mindful of the copyright laws that may be applicable to images that are supplied to mini Moko for use in stationery. In supplying images, you agree to indemnify mini Moko for all liabilities, damages and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copywritten images.
Further to this we reserve the right to refuse using images and cancel your order if we suspect the images may impose on other party's copyright.
Privacy
We consider your personal details as confidential and will not distribute to any third party.

Payment and approval of your stationery is considered acknowledgement and agreement of these terms and conditions.
